IonQ is seeking a Partner Lead, Americas—a remote, full-time role in GTM Partnerships. You will develop lighthouse channel and reseller partners across the Americas, build strong relationships with distributors and SI partners, and drive early customer engagements from discovery to close.

You will co-sell with customers, translate capabilities into customer value, and manage pipeline with cross-functional teams. Some international travel is required as part of regional expansion.

Qualifikationen

• Experience building focused partnerships into scalable channels with revenue growth.
• Demonstrated commercial expertise in frontier technologies or emerging tech.
• Experience co-selling early customer engagements from discovery to close.
• Ability to travel regionally and internationally; strong negotiation skills.
