Job summary

Reply's U.S. Infrastructure team seeks a Network Administrator to support and enhance the internal network across U.S. operations, coordinating with global IT to deliver secure, scalable services.

Responsibilities include managing Cisco enterprise networking, VPNs, firewalls, cloud connectivity, and Windows/Mac endpoints, with a strong emphasis on reliability, security, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Based in Chicago, in office full time.
• 3-5 years of experience administering enterprise network infrastructure.
• Experience supporting Cisco enterprise networking technologies including switching, routing, wireless, VPN, and firewall solutions.

Responsibilities

• Support and enhance the internal network environment across U.S. operations.
• Collaborate with global IT to deliver secure, reliable, and scalable services.
• Manage Cisco networking, VPNs, firewalls, and hybrid cloud connectivity.
• Support Windows and macOS endpoints and ensure network security.
