Job summary

Cytiva is seeking a seasoned sales leader to drive the Americas commercial business, delivering revenue growth and profitability while unifying regional strategy. You will recruit and develop a high-performing team, leverage DBS practices, and align cross-functional partners to win in a complex market.

Film continuous improvement mindset with global exposure, extensive travel up to 50%, and a track record of scaling solutions in biopharma. MBA preferred; Bachelor’s degree required.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in a sales management role selling complex consultative services or solutions to lab/biotech/biopharma companies.
• Demonstrated leadership in leading technical, customer-facing commercial teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, engineering, science or related field; MBA preferred.
• Proven ability to hire, develop and retain sales professionals; strong financial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Americas commercial business to achieve or exceed revenue, growth, and profitability targets while driving a unified regional strategy.
• Build, develop, and lead a high-performing commercial organization, hiring, coaching, and managing talent to maximize team performance and customer impact.
• Develop and execute strategic growth plans, leveraging market insights and customer knowledge to expand market share.
• Partner across Operations, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Marketing, and other functions to ensure flawless execution and customer experience.
• Drive commercial excellence through DBS, sales funnel management, forecasting rigor, CRM discipline, and cross-OpCo collaboration.
