Job summary

Barclays is seeking a senior leader to accelerate the Funds & Asset Managers franchise across the Americas. You will develop senior client relationships, originate revenue opportunities and drive transaction banking and lending growth while maintaining strong risk controls and governance.

You will lead a team of Directors, Vice Presidents and Associates, collaborating with product partners, risk and compliance to deliver profitable growth with client excellence.

Qualifications

Significant senior-level banking experience covering asset managers or related financial institutions.
Proven track record of originating and growing revenues across banking products.
Demonstrated success building and managing relationships with C-suite clients.
Strong understanding of credit risk, capital deployment and risk controls.
Experience leading large teams and developing talent.

Responsibilities

Own and lead Barclays' Funds & Asset Managers relationships across the Americas.
Develop engagement strategies with senior executives to grow wallet share.
Drive revenue growth across transaction banking, lending and related products.
Originate and execute lending opportunities including fund finance and facilities.
Promote strong risk management, compliance and controls.
Lead, coach and develop Directors, VPs and Associates.
