Job summary

LSEG is seeking a senior leader to head the Americas Wealth Community and Global Funds Proposition within Data & Analytics. You will define the strategy for the Americas, drive revenue growth, and ensure strong client relationships across wealth managers, private banks, and asset managers.

Collaborate with product, SAM, GTM, Marketing, Partnerships, Engineering, and Operations to translate client needs into market-ready solutions and aligned roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the Americas Wealth Community strategy aligned to market opportunities and customer needs.
• Develop and execute business plans to drive sustainable revenue growth, retention, and customer engagement.
• Act as the executive sponsor for key Wealth and Funds customer relationships across the Americas.
• Serve as the voice of the Wealth customer within D&A, driving alignment across products and functions.
• Own revenue growth, ARR, client retention/renewal, and net sales metrics.
• Drive product adoption, cross-sell/up-sell, and customer advocacy metrics.
• Identify growth opportunities across wealth personas including advisors, investment offices, wealth platforms, private banks, and self-directed networks.
• Partner with D&A Product leaders to shape product strategy and customer solutions.
