Job summary

Solventum seeks a Sr Director Americas Logistics to lead Distribution Center Operations, Transportation, Customs, and Intercompany Order Management across the Americas. You will drive cost savings, standardization, and end-to-end process improvements in a 14-DC network with substantial annual revenue.

You'll report to the VP of Global Logistics and partner with Commercial, Manufacturing, Planning, Finance, and Quality to meet service, cost, and compliance goals while developing high‑performing

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or higher with 12+ years in supply planning, warehousing, transportation, inventory, or import/export.
• Experience leading teams and cross-functional initiatives to achieve business objectives.
• Strong communication skills with stakeholders and data-driven problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional logistics strategies, operating plans, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead DC operations, transportation, trade, and intercompany activities across the Americas.
• Collaborate with Centers of Excellence, Procurement, and cross-functional partners to optimize networks.
• Manage budgets, supplier performance, and drive cost savings while ensuring service and compliance.
