Solventum seeks an Americas Facilities Manager to lead facilities operations across North, Central, and South America. You will partner with site leaders, EHS, and external providers to deliver safe, compliant, and cost-efficient services. The role requires extensive multi-country experience and travel, with hybrid work in the U.S. and coordination with teams in MN and TX. The company emphasizes caregiver and patient wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher AND 10 years of direct function related experience
• OR High School Diploma/GED AND 14 years of direct function related experience
• Eight (8) years of experience in real estate transactions and facilities management
• Ten (10) years experience managing multi-country portfolios across the Americas
• Ten (10) years experience in a role requiring strong negotiation, contract, and financial analysis skills
• Ten (10) years experience managing outsourced service providers

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated facilities management across Americas sites.
• Manage hard and soft facilities services, including building operations, HVAC, electrical, mechanical, utilities, maintenance, janitorial, landscaping, mailroom, workplace support.
• Manage third-party facilities service providers to contractual requirements, service levels, KPIs, SLAs, and financial commitments.
• Drive preventive and predictive maintenance, work-order management, asset reliability, and CMMS/IWMS and building tech platforms.
• Partner with site Facilities Operations leaders while maintaining local budgets and accountability.
• Ensure facilities operations comply with regulatory, EHS, security, quality, and company standards.
• Support facilities-related capital planning, lifecycle upgrades, and project execution with stakeholders.
• Develop and monitor operating budgets, forecasts, and cost-saving initiatives.
• Establish standards, governance, reporting, and continuous improvement across the region.
• Lead supplier performance reviews and corrective actions.
• Support business continuity and emergency preparedness.
