Job summary

Mission Staffing is partnering with a leading global investment firm to fill the Americas Facilities & Workplace Manager role in New York. You will lead day-to-day operations, set regional standards, and partner with senior leadership on new office openings and workplace strategy.

Responsibilities include managing the NY facilities team, budgeting (OPEX/CAPEX), vendor management, space planning, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in facilities management or corporate services
• Experience owning large budgets with full OPEX and CAPEX accountability
• Strong vendor management and negotiation skills
• Experience with office build-outs, relocations or renovations
• Confidence and discretion working with senior leaders in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
• Comfort with facilities management software, space planning tools and Microsoft Office
• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business or related field preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead New York operations: Manage the local facilities team and maintain high standards for the New York offices
• Set the regional standard: Collaborate with office managers across the Americas for consistent policies and service levels
• Own the budget: Forecasting, OPEX and CAPEX tracking; drive cost savings without compromising quality
• Manage vendors: Negotiate contracts and ensure service levels
• Shape the workplace: Lead space planning, usage reporting, and design of new offices and renovations
• Ensure compliance: Health, safety and regulatory compliance; oversee audits and reporting
• Drive improvement: Lead facilities projects and pursue efficiency, sustainability, and employee experience enhancements
