• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects across distributed sites.
• Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Experience budgeting and analyzing cost variances with data-driven recommendations.
• Proficiency with Excel for budgeting, PowerPoint for updates, Word for reporting.
• Willingness to travel regularly across the Americas to site locations.
• Availability for 24/7 on-call status to respond to urgent facilities issues.

• Review and estimate costs for design work, equipment, installation labor, and site prep.
• Inspect progress against drawings, schedules, and codes to ensure conformance and quality.
• Coordinate moves, changes, and building services across your portfolio of sites.
• Oversee outside contractors and vendors, ensuring quality, schedule adherence, and safety.
• Prepare and manage operating budgets, track expenditures, and analyze variances.
• Provide regular updates to management and propose data-driven solutions.
