Job summary

BUHLMANN Diagnostics Corp seeks an Americas Commercial Portfolio Manager to own the regional diagnostic assay portfolio across North and South America, aligning customer needs with commercial objectives and global product strategies.

You will lead cross-functional teams, drive launches, forecast demand, and translate market insights into portfolio growth in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Regulatory Affairs, Technical Support, Operations, and Global Product Management.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biology, Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
3-5+ years of experience in life sciences, diagnostics, medical devices, healthcare, biotechnology, or related healthcare industries.
Experience managing a product portfolio, product line, disease state, or commercial offering.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Technical Support, Operations, and Commercial teams.
Experience supporting product launches, commercialization initiatives, portfolio management activities, and go-to-market strategies.
Strong analytical and forecasting skills with the ability to interpret business and market data.
Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and communication skills.
Must be based in the United States.

Responsibilities

Manage the assigned diagnostic portfolio across the product lifecycle from commercialization through end-of-life planning.
Develop regional portfolio strategies aligned with growth objectives and global roadmaps.
Monitor product performance, market trends, customer feedback, and competition to identify optimization opportunities.
Lead regional commercialization and launch readiness activities for new products and enhancements.
Coordinate cross-functional launch teams to ensure successful execution of launch plans.
Adapt global marketing initiatives and messaging for the Americas market.
Support development of value propositions, customer materials, and market adoption strategies.
Participate in regional conferences, trade shows, and customer meetings to support growth.
Lead relationships with clinical chemistry partnerships and drive volume growth.
