Job summary

London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) is seeking a Senior Associate for Fixed Income Origination to drive North America and Latin America debt market growth from NYC. You will manage a pipeline of issuers, coordinate with product, marketing, and regulatory teams, and represent LSEG at key industry events to promote debt listings.

Qualifications

• 7+ years' experience working within Debt Capital Markets or investment banking.
• Experience in DCM origination, syndications, transaction management, credit analysis or treasury.
• Knowledge of fixed income markets and issuance processes.
• Excellent presentation skills and client interaction ability.
• Strong collaboration with internal stakeholders and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with treasurers, funding heads, origination and syndication professionals, lawyers and investors to drive bond issuances to LSEG debt markets.
• Expand the Americas market and generate revenue growth for LSEG debt markets.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis and support internal reporting for management.
• Collaborate with Issuer Services, FTSE Russell, Admissions, Regulation, RNS, LSEG FX and Data & Analytics to solve client queries.
• Promote client engagement with marketing, and raise visibility of LSEG as a debt listing venue in the Americas.
• Represent LSEG at global industry events as a thought leader in Debt Capital Markets.
• Support origination strategy development and analytics and drive customer success.
