Deutsche Bank in New York seeks an Associate to join the Financial Institutions Group within Debt Capital Markets. You will originate, structure, and lead execution of IG debt transactions, provide market updates, and support client coverage in a fast-paced, global environment.

The role requires strong communication, a broad knowledge of debt markets, and the ability to work across DCM, syndicate, sales, trading and banking. NY office with hybrid flexibility and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Significant network with extensive product and market knowledge.
• Strong technical and academic background.
• Experience in Debt Capital Markets or investment banking.
• Interest in career progression within DCM.

Responsibilities

• Originate, structure and lead the execution of IG debt transactions.
• Prepare market updates, pricing and client pitch material.
• Develop knowledge of debt markets and client developments.
• Manage client relationships through meetings and written communications.
• Collaborate with DCM, syndicate, sales, trading and banking.
