Crédit Agricole CIB’s Structured Financial Solutions Americas unit seeks a Junior Originator, Associate to support senior bankers in originating, structuring and executing complex corporate financing. The role involves cross-border transactions across the Americas, with duties spanning client identification, marketing, and deal documentation.

The position requires 3–5 years in banking, strong knowledge of corporate banking and credit products, and the ability to produce pitches and term sheets

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of banking experience, preferably Front Office.
• Experience in structuring and executing complex financings.
• Ability to produce offers, pitches and term sheets with senior bankers.
• Familiarity with cross-border financing and client marketing.

Responsibilities

• Support the senior originators to originate, structure, sell and execute corporate and structured finance transactions in the Americas and in a cross-border environment (US to Europe or Asia)
• Identify financing or solutions for clients
• Production of offers, pitches and term sheets with Senior Bankers
• Participation in the marketing effort to clients and development of SFS business
• Participation in the negotiation and execution of complex documentations in liaison with legal counsel.
• Production of financial models, credit applications and other internal materials
• Monitor and follow up of the portfolio, including credit quality covenants
