Job summary

Amazon is seeking a motivated Lead of Pre-construction to support the Americas data center build-out. You will lead a team responsible for budgets, schedules, and constructability improvements, partnering with Real Estate, Design and Project Management to align capacity delivery with business needs.

Qualifications

10+ years of relevant management experience in datacenter operations or similar.
Bachelor's degree or above in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent.
Experience in construction of data center delivery (design, commissioning and construction)

Responsibilities

Lead a team of builders responsible for developing project budgets and schedules.
Drive constructability improvements and cost optimization.
Partner with Real Estate, Design and Project Management to plan campus delivery.
Develop budgets, track metrics, and ensure on-time execution.
Collaborate with procurement to contract supply partners.
