Amazon Data Services, Inc. is seeking a data‑driven Lead of Pre-construction to support Americas data center build‑out. You will manage budgets, drive campus planning, and partner with Real Estate, Design, and Procurement to enable long‑term growth.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant management experience in datacenter operations or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree or above in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent.
• Experience in data center delivery (design, commissioning and construction) and mission critical facilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of construction professionals and drive large-scale process improvements with measurable value.
• Develop project budgets, schedules and constructability improvements.
• Collaborate with Real Estate, Design and Project Management to align capacity delivery with business needs.
• Partner with procurement to contract supply partners and ensure timely execution.
