Amazon Data Services, Inc. is seeking a data-driven Lead of Pre-construction to oversee Americas data center buildouts, from due diligence to design and contracting.

You will lead a team of builders, manage budgets and schedules with Real Estate, Design and Project Management, drive constructability improvements, and partner with procurement to secure capacity and deliver value. Qualifications

• 10+ years of management experience in datacenter or mission-critical facilities
• Bachelor's degree in civil/mechanical/electrical engineering or construction management
• Experience in design, commissioning and construction of data centers

• Lead a Pre-construction team for Americas data center builds
• Develop budgets, campus plans with Real Estate, Design and PM
• Drive constructability improvements and scheduling aligned with capacity delivery
