Job summary

Yondr Group is seeking a strategic and experienced commercial leader for the Americas, focusing on procurement governance, contract management, and risk mitigation within Design & Construction. You will drive commercial best practices and oversee vendor relationships to support major data center projects.

The role requires strong leadership, negotiation skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Legal and management, to ensure compliance and value realization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• 15+ years of experience in contracts and cost management in construction.
• Strong risk management knowledge and contract law familiarity.
• Willingness to travel as needed to support regional projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee procurement governance within Design & Construction in Americas.
• Oversee contract management lifecycle including drafting negotiation and administration.
• Ensure compliance with global terms while developing an Americas-specific version.
• Collaborate with the Legal Director – Americas to ensure contracts align with policies.
