Qualifications

• 15+ years in project delivery, preferably data center or critical infra.
• Client-side major projects >$100M in lead Senior PM/Director capacity.
• Experience managing diverse teams in integrated delivery environments.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction across all project phases: planning, design, procurement, construction, closeout.
• Build and mentor multidisciplinary teams of PMs, engineers, architects, contractors.
• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans with scope, schedule, budget, resources, risk.
• Establish and manage budgets with cost control measures and proactive overruns mitigation.
• Develop schedules and monitor adherence, mitigating delays and optimizing progress.
• Lead contract negotiations with subcontractors and suppliers for favorable terms.
• Ensure quality assurance and compliance with codes and standards.
• Identify and mitigate project risks; implement risk response plans.
• Foster clear stakeholder communication and regular project updates.
• Enforce health and safety protocols on site and promote safe practices.
• Generate detailed reports and maintain organized project documentation.
