Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, International Business, or related field preferred.
• Relevant professional experience may substitute for a bachelor's degree.
• 0–3 years of professional experience.
• Internship, co-op, or other relevant commercial experience desirable.
• Interest in industrial manufacturing and international business.
• Experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop the Market: identify new markets, customers, industries, and business opportunities across the Americas.
• Support Business Development: generate leads and support customer visits, meetings, trade shows, and growth initiatives.
• Build Customer Relationships: engage with customers and ensure professional follow-up throughout the commercial process.
• Coordinate Commercial Activities: connect customers, the Americas sales organization, and Swedish manufacturing to ensure effective execution.
• Manage Opportunities: support quotations, proposals, pipeline management, forecasting, and follow-up of sales opportunities.
• Provide Market Intelligence: monitor market trends, customer needs, competitors, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
• Drive Commercial Execution: follow up on orders, open actions, and customer issues, coordinating internally to ensure timely resolution.
• Support Regional Growth: prepare commercial analyses, reports, presentations, and other initiatives that contribute to Americas growth.
