Job summary

Alleima is seeking an entry-level Commercial Operations Associate for the Americas Primary Products in Houston. You will support the Regional Sales & Marketing Manager, collaborate with customers, internal teams, and our Sweden-based manufacturing organization to grow the Americas business.

The role offers exposure to commercial operations, business development, customer relationships, and international business development, with opportunities to assume increasing responsibility over time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, International Business, or related field preferred; relevant experience may substitute.
• 0–3 years of professional experience; internship/co-op desirable.
• Interest in industrial manufacturing and international business.

Responsibilities

• Develop the Market: identify new markets, customers, industries across the Americas.
• Support Business Development: generate leads and support visits, trade shows, growth initiatives.
• Build Customer Relationships: engage customers with timely follow-up throughout the sales process.
• Coordinate Commercial Activities: connect customers, Americas sales, and Swedish manufacturing for execution.
• Manage Opportunities: support quotations, proposals, pipeline, forecasting, and follow-up.
