TCWGlobal is seeking an Area Sales Manager to own and grow customer relationships across North and South America. You will drive new business, manage the full sales cycle, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver technical solutions.

The role requires 3–5+ years in sales or account management within aviation or engineered materials, with strong pricing and forecasting skills and willingness to travel approx. 33%.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development.
• Experience in aviation/aerospace/transportation or related industries preferred.
• Ability to manage strategic customer relationships while developing new business.
• Experience with pricing, quotations, forecasting, and sales analysis.

Responsibilities

• Manage and strengthen relationships with key customers across the Americas.
• Drive new customer and project acquisition to expand market presence.
• Own the entire sales cycle from opportunity to contract.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align projects, timelines, and priorities.
• Lead and coordinate customer-facing design projects.
• Develop technical understanding of the product portfolio and translate capabilities into solutions.
• Prepare sales budgets, forecasts, analyses, and pricing calculations.
• Monitor market trends and competitive developments to uncover opportunities.
• Prepare and review customer quotations with Customer Service.
• Travel about one-third of the time across the territory.
