Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in the Airline and/or travel distribution space. Ideal with good knowledge of NDC
• Strong product and technology knowledge base to influence and lead product-related discussions.
• Strong relationship building skills and the ability to collaborate with colleagues and external partners.
• Critical thinking skills coupled with translating complex technical and business issues into clear, actionable insights for leadership
• Experience of ‘future proofing’ within organizations
• Strong negotiation skills to ensure optimum value for the organization.
• Strong analytical skills. Assess and understand financial impact of negotiations
• Excellent organizational and planning skills, attention to detail and ability to deliver within deadlines
• Cross cultural awareness. Thrive in diverse, multi-time zone environments with cultural adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Drive the air distribution strategy in North America and Latam.
• Partner with Airlines to ensure collaboration on distribution matters and align goals.
• Work through content related issues and apply solutions to overcome challenges
• Work closely with Product & Technology, Marketplace and Commercial teams to ensure alignment and progress on key goals
• Develop and implement strategies to evolve and expand content offered to customers using new capabilities and technology
• Develop commercial models to meet evolving needs of the marketplace.
