Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in New York, NY seeks an Americas Account Director - Operations Leadership to lead a multi-site portfolio, drive hard services delivery, and shape strategic growth with a strong PMO framework. You will oversee P&L and client satisfaction, guiding engineering and facilities management teams across the Americas.

The role emphasizes executive leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and a data-driven approach to optimize service delivery while partnering with PDS

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive facilities management, engineering, or corporate real estate experience
• At least 5 years in a senior leadership role managing complex accounts
• Proven track record of managing large-scale Integrated Facilities Management with P&L responsibility > $10M annually
• Subject matter expertise in hard services with an integrated facilities management focus

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary strategic contact for the client, building deep relationships with key stakeholders and understanding evolving business needs
• Lead and develop teams of engineering and facilities management professionals, providing coaching and career development
• Establish and manage PMO governance structures with standards and methodologies in partnership with PDS
• Oversee capital improvements scoping and projects across the portfolio
• Drive financial performance through budget development, forecasting, cost optimization, and value-add opportunities
• Collaborate with technical specialists, project managers, Data Centers, Platform SMEs, JLLT, Security, EHS, and partners
