Job summary

Flywire is expanding its global Talent Acquisition team and seeking a Manager, Talent Acquisition, AMER to lead recruiting across the Americas. You will partner with senior leaders, shape hiring strategies, mentor recruiters, and drive AI-enabled recruiting across technical and business roles.

You will collaborate with teams across EMEA, APAC, and the Americas to ensure consistent, compliant hiring practices while delivering exceptional candidate experiences.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Talent Acquisition experience with progressive responsibility.
• 2+ years leading recruiting initiatives or teams.
• Experience recruiting across multiple AMER countries.
• Strong experience hiring technical and business professionals.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and executives.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationships.
• Strong analytical mindset with recruiting metrics experience.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced global organization.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting across AMER for technical, corporate, and leadership roles.
• Build hiring strategies aligned with business priorities with senior leaders.
• Coach hiring managers on interviewing and inclusive hiring.
• Drive recruiting projects focused on process improvement and candidate experience.
• Partner with HR, Finance, Immigration, and Legal throughout the lifecycle.
• Build diverse talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and market mapping.
• Utilize recruiting analytics to identify trends and improve performance.
• Leverage AI-powered tools to boost productivity and insights.
• Ensure compliance with local employment regulations across AMER.
