Job summary

Planned Parenthood of Greater Texas, Inc. seeks a Regional Facilities Coordinator to oversee building maintenance, vendor coordination, and equipment safety across Austin and Houston facilities.

The role supports the Manager of Facilities Operations and helps ensure a safe, clean, and compliant environment. Responsibilities include audits, preventive maintenance scheduling, inventory management, and ensuring adherence to safety and risk standards while delivering strong customer service to staff

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 1 year of related experience, or equivalent + 5 years total.
• Related experience in facilities maintenance/management.
• Multi-site facilities support and healthcare industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains knowledge of PPGT facilities, medical equipment and supplies.
• Processes facilities-related orders or tickets; follows up for client satisfaction and resolves issues.
• Inspects buildings and grounds; performs quarterly audits and annual safety inspections of medical equipment.
• Schedules preventive maintenance including housekeeping, landscaping, pest control and HVAC; ensures quality standards.
• Maintains inventory of equipment and ensures warranties and maintenance are up to date.
