Job summary

Leads multi-site facilities maintenance operations, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and operational goals. Develops and implements regional strategies for HVAC/R, electrical, plumbing, and critical power systems to optimize performance and reduce downtime. Oversees the execution of preventive and predictive maintenance programs, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Manages large-scale, cross-functional maintenance projects, including capital improvements, retrofits, and energy efficiency upgrades. Coordinates with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure timely, cost-effective project delivery. Tracks project milestones, budgets, and resource allocation, ensuring alignment with business priorities.<
