Job summary

Elliptic seeks a Solution Consulting Manager for the Americas to lead a team and own strategic deals. You will drive technical and commercial excellence, collaborate with Engineering and Product Marketing on GTM, and champion value-based selling.

The role blends leadership with hands-on regional deals, shaping enterprise customer strategies. You will mentor teams, foster best practices in demonstrations and POC delivery, and ensure measurable value across enterprise deployments.

Qualifications

Over 5 years leading pre-sales and Solutions Consulting teams in B2B SaaS
Experience with blockchain analytics, crypto compliance
Experience building and scaling SC teams of ~10 people
Strong value-based and consultative selling in multi-stakeholder cycles
Experience shaping product roadmap and GTM with Eng and Product Marketing
Strong technical fluency with APIs and cloud
Experience designing tailored demos, pilots, and POC engagements
Ability to manage cross-functional stakeholder relationships
Drive continuous improvement with data analytics and automation
Proficiency in AI-assisted productivity tools

Responsibilities

Own a focused set of strategic deals in the region alongside management responsibilities.
Build, recruit, and coach a high‑performing team of Solution Consultants in Americas.
Develop best practices in consultative selling – discovery, demos, value-based selling, POC delivery.
Partner with Engineering and Product Marketing on roadmap planning and messaging.
Guide and support complex enterprise opportunities with measurable impact.
