Responsibilities

• Strategically lead data-driven business cases and executive presentations for major decisions and capital projects.
• Establish recurring reporting cadences and dashboards with executive-ready recommendations.
• Own data and reporting for amenity functions (room utilization, POS sales, lobby traffic, vendor performance).
• Identify risks with financial impact assessments and propose executable plans.
• Manage vendor deliverables and ensure data accuracy and SLA adherence.
• Escalate issues with data-driven evidence and monitor performance.
• Liaise between vendor partners and internal customers to meet KPIs.
• Manage budgets within a complex financial structure and drive innovation.
• Review operational data to flag bottlenecks and propose improvements with stakeholders.
• Align expectations on total compensation philosophy when advising offers and business cases.
• Partner with leaders and stakeholders to refine reporting, analytics, and strategies.
