Perfect Pair ABA is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver individualized, one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. You will collect data, implement protocols, and help clients across diverse environments while fostering growth and independence.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification with BACB.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.

• Collect data throughout the session and document all sessions with progress notes

• Collaborate with colleagues, supervisors, and caregivers to foster a culture of learning

• Create an engaging therapeutic environment to encourage growth and skill acquisition

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Qualifications and Skills:

• Hold an active RBT certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required, pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred

• Willingness to obtain an active Adult and Child CPR/First Aid certification within the first 30 days of employment

• Ability and willingness to support the basic needs of clients

• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
