Job summary

Perfect Pair ABA in Lincolnton, NC is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in clients’ home settings across the state, following BCBA-developed protocols.

You will collect data and document progress, while collaborating with clinicians and caregivers to promote growth and learning. The role offers flexible hours with both full-time and part-time positions available, competitive pay, and a supportive, team-oriented

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification through BACB.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid certification within 30 days of employment.
• Ability and willingness to support the basic needs of clients.
• Retain and maintain a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy sessions using BCBA-developed protocols.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Duties and Responsibilities:

• Facilitate personalized, one-on-one ABA therapy services for clients across diverse environments, utilizing individualized protocols developed by a BCBA.
• Collect data throughout the session and document all sessions with progress notes.
• Collaborate with colleagues, supervisors, and caregivers to foster a culture of learning.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Qualifications and Skills:

• Hold an active RBT certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
• High School Diploma or Equivalent required, pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Willingness to obtain an active Adult and Child CPR/First Aid certification within the first 30 days of employment.
• Ability and willingness to support the basic needs of clients.
• Retain and maintain a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
