Perfect Pair ABA is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide individualized ABA therapy in clients' homes across diverse environments in Chester, VA. You will implement BCBA-developed protocols, collect data, and document progress while fostering growth and skill acquisition.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification through BACB is required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

• Must retain a reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license.

Job Summary:

We are excited to welcome an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to our team! As an RBT, you will facilitate personalized, one-on-one ABA therapy services for clients across diverse environments, utilizing individualized protocols developed by a BCBA. Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Qualifications and Skills:

• Hold an active RBT certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required, pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred

• Willingness to obtain an active Adult and Child CPR/First Aid certification within the first 30 days of employment

• Ability and willingness to support the basic needs of clients

• Retain and maintain a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
