Job summary

Perfect Pair ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver ABA therapy in home settings across Virginia. You will work under BCBA protocols to support clients and families with compassionate, client-centered care.

Responsibilities include collecting data, documenting progress notes, collaborating with supervisors and caregivers, and creating engaging sessions that promote growth and skill acquisition. Flexible full-time or part-time hours with a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required (BACB).
• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Willingness to obtain Adult and Child CPR/First Aid within 30 days.
• Ability and willingness to support the basic needs of clients.
• Retain and maintain a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license.

• Willingness to obtain an active Adult and Child CPR/First Aid certification within the first 30 days of employment.
• Ability and willingness to support the basic needs of clients.
