Job summary

GigaDevice Semiconductor (Beijing) Inc. is seeking a Flash Regional Marketing Manager for the AME region, based in San Jose, CA.

You will drive segment marketing, business development, and ecosystem partnerships to grow Flash memory adoption across automotive, industrial, IoT, and communications markets. The role bridges customers, sales, chipset/MCU partners, engineering, product marketing, and factory teams, with travel across the AME region and internationally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Semiconductors, or related field.
• 5+ years of customer-facing experience in the semiconductor or electronics industry.
• Excellent English communication; other languages a plus.
• Willingness to travel extensively across AME region and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute marketing strategies for assigned Flash market segments.
• Identify new market segments and opportunities to expand Flash utilization.
• Drive customer promotional, design-in, qualification, and business development activities.
• Visit major OEM, ODM, and CM customers regularly.
• Develop chipset ecosystem relationships with SoC partners.
• Promote GigaDevice Flash solutions within the chipset ecosystem.
• Support trade shows and industry events.
