Job summary

Children's Wisconsin is seeking an experienced care management leader to support the care management model and oversee professional, administrative and technical staff in a pediatric setting.

You will partner with the Ambulatory Manager/Director on business and financial operations, ensure regulatory and ethical compliance, supervise performance, recruit and develop staff, and drive initiatives to improve patient experience and care delivery across clinics.

Responsibilities

• Assures clinic compliance with OSHA, CLIA, CMS and TJC.
• Monitors clinic operations and leads daily huddles to ensure patient care needs are met.
• Develops staffing plans and reviews/approves ATS for hours worked.
• Identifies improvement opportunities and supports leaders to implement changes.
• Partners with stakeholders to improve patient experience and service quality.
• Performs people management including performance reviews, coaching, and development.
