Job summary

Children’s Wisconsin is seeking a dynamic leader to manage the daily and strategic operations of Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Speech-Language Pathology in inpatient and outpatient settings. In partnership with physician leaders, you will plan, develop, market and evaluate all aspects of these programs, and identify opportunities to advance Ambulatory Services.

Bachelor’s degree is required; a Master’s degree is preferred, with 2+ years of supervisory experience and strong

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Master's degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology preferred.
  • 2+ years of supervisory experience preferred.
  • Advanced analytical, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to lead cross-disciplinary teams.
  • Ability to work cooperatively with medical staff and administration to facilitate program goals.
  • BLS Healthcare Provider certification required.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily and strategic operations of Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Speech-Language Pathology in inpatient and/or outpatient settings.
  • Supervise personnel in inpatient and/or outpatient settings.
  • Serve as liaison between Ambulatory Services and other departments.
  • Partner with physician leaders to plan, develop, market and evaluate all aspects of the department and identify growth opportunities for Ambulatory Services.
