Job summary

Children’s Wisconsin is seeking a dynamic leader to manage the daily and strategic operations of Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Speech-Language Pathology in inpatient and outpatient settings. In partnership with physician leaders, you will plan, develop, market and evaluate all aspects of these programs, and identify opportunities to advance Ambulatory Services.

Bachelor’s degree is required; a Master’s degree is preferred, with 2+ years of supervisory experience and strong

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology preferred.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Advanced analytical, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to lead cross-disciplinary teams.
• Ability to work cooperatively with medical staff and administration to facilitate program goals.
• BLS Healthcare Provider certification required.

Responsibilities

Job Summary

Manages the daily and strategic operations of Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and/or Speech-Language Pathology and supervises personnel in inpatient and/or outpatient settings. Serves as liaison between Ambulatory Services and other departments. In partnership with the physician leaders, takes leadership role in planning, developing, marketing and evaluating all aspects of the Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech-Language Pathology Department in supporting the mission and strategic objectives of this program. Identifies and pursues gainful opportunities and ventures for Ambulatory Services.

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Master's Degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology preferred.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Requires advanced analytical, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills.
• Requires well-developed interpersonal and communication skills to provide effective leadership.
• Ability to work cooperatively and harmoniously with medical staff and administration to facilitate program goals.
