Job summary

The ideal candidate has a graduate degree in OT/PT/SLP, 2+ years of pediatric therapy experience, and demonstrated leadership ability.

Qualifications

• Requires leadership and supervision of professional, administrative and technical staff.
• Must ensure compliance with OSHA, CLIA, CMS and TJC.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with patients, families and teams.

Responsibilities

• Supervise professional, administrative and technical staff and participate in recruitment and onboarding.
• Develop staffing plans and monitor hours work via ATS.
• Ensure clinic operations meet regulatory and quality standards and budget input.
• Provide direct patient care per competencies as assigned and support ambulatory leadership in care delivery.
