Responsibilities

• Provide safe, individualized nursing care during the ambulatory surgical experience.
• Coordinate admission and discharge to promote efficient patient flow.
• Monitor vital signs and respond to clinical changes promptly.
• Develop and evaluate personalized care plans with the team.
• Educate patients and families on preop, recovery, and discharge expectations.
