Qualifications

• BLS from the American Heart Association
• ACLS

• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficient computer skills

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care within the scope of practice defined by the Nurse Practice Act and regulatory standards.
• Maintain safety, apply evidence-based practice, and communicate with the care team.
• Supervise and direct delegation of tasks to team members and collaborate with other providers.
• Set and evaluate priorities with interventions and measurable outcomes.
• Utilize nursing process to individualize care and address patient needs.
