Qualified candidates have at least 2 years in ambulatory settings, a valid NJ RN license, and BLS certification. A BSN is preferred, with a strong commitment to patient safety and privacy.

Formación

• 2 years’ ambulatory nursing experience required.
• BLS certification required.
• RN license valid in New Jersey.

Responsabilidades

• Uses the nursing process to assess patients and plan care.
• Coordinate and complete patient assessments and re-assessments.
• Educate patients and families, maintaining confidentiality and HIPAA guidelines.
• Document in Epic and manage in-basket; participate in huddles and interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Respond to urgent situations and ensure safe, high-quality patient care.
