Atlantic Medical Group in Morristown, NJ seeks a Registered Nurse for ambulatory, per diem coverage. The RN provides patient care, conducts data collection, and develops the plan of care within a multidisciplinary team.

The role requires a graduate of an accredited nursing program and a valid NJ RN license. BSN preferred; outpatient/ambulatory experience and BLS after hire are desirable.

Qualifications

• Valid NJ RN License required.

Responsibilities

• Provides ambulatory care as an integral member of the healthcare team.
• Collects and assesses data to develop and evaluate the plan of care.
• Maintains patient safety and quality outcomes; participates in improving processes.
• Utilizes EMR and required training to support clinical decisions.
• Collaborates with the health care team to deliver evidenced-based care.
• Adheres to the NJ Nurse Practice Act while delivering care.
