Qualifications

• RN license, valid in the State of New Jersey
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
• American Heart Association- Basic Life Support (BLS) credential
• Ambulatory nursing experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process
• Provide patient teaching and ensure privacy and safety in Epic documentation
• Triage and respond to patient messages and administer medications per physician orders
• Collaborate with the care team and participate in practice huddles to improve quality of care
