Job summary

Atlantic Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for ambulatory, per diem work at AMG Family Medicine in Morristown, NJ. The RN will be part of an interdisciplinary team, delivering patient care in an ambulatory setting and ensuring safety and quality outcomes.

Requirements include NJ RN licensure; BSN preferred; 3+ years outpatient experience and 2+ years acute care are preferred. BLS required after hire; strong communication and EMR skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program required.
• Valid NJ RN License required.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care as part of an ambulatory care team.
• Assess patient health data to develop and adjust the plan of care.
• Apply evidence-based practices to inform clinical decisions.
