Northwest Eye Surgeons - Mt Vernon is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide specialized nursing care in our Ambulatory Surgery Center. The RN will perform preoperative and postoperative calls, admit and discharge patients, administer medications, and provide intraoperative circulating services, while maintaining sterile technique and patient safety.

Responsibilities include infection control duties when assigned, education of patients and families, and collaboration with physicians and the care

Qualificações

• Graduate of an accredited college or school of nursing.
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license issued by the applicable State Board of Nursing.
• Experience in operating room or ambulatory surgery center is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide specialized nursing care in ambulatory surgery center setting.
• Take preop and postop calls, admit, assess, monitor, and discharge patients.
• Administer medications and intraoperative circulating and sedation as trained.
• Maintain accurate medical records and educate patients and families.
