Responsibilities

• Manage budget and cost center expenditures; monitor expenses.
• Lead staff education: orientation, in-service training, and new equipment training.
• Provide performance feedback and conduct evaluations; coach and counsel staff.
• Promote patient and family satisfaction; ensure unit culture responsive to patients.
• Coordinate with Medical Staff and other departments to resolve problems and ensure quality patient care.
