Job summary

SCA Health in Castle Rock, CO is seeking an on-site Office Administrator for our ambulatory surgery center to manage insurance verification, scheduling, billing and records in alignment with facility policies.

The role requires a high school diploma, at least two years in a medical facility or medical business office, and supervisory experience; ASC exposure and accounting skills are a plus. We offer competitive hourly pay with strong benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years medical facility or medical business office experience preferred.
• Supervisory experience and ASC exposure with accounting background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees on-site business office personnel in insurance verification and scheduling of procedures.
• Coordinates billing/coding/implant logs with coder and biller.
• Monitors timesheets for payroll and troubleshoots computer issues.
• Maintains patient privacy and supports the organization’s compliance program.
• Liaises with physicians and office staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
