Atlas Healthcare Partners is seeking a senior leader to guide ambulatory and outpatient sites in Columbia, Greenville, and Lexington, SC. You will drive operations, compliance, and growth while maintaining strong relationships with physicians for a high-quality patient experience.

You will lead staff development, oversee budgets and capital needs, and collaborate with across-site leaders to advance performance, quality and service excellence.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, health services administration, nursing or related field.
• 5–7 years of healthcare management experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversees overall site operation to ensure quality, timely, and cost-effective services.
• Maintains compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
• Hires, mentors, and develops staff; sets goals and evaluates performance.
• Leads physician recruitment and partnerships to ensure growth and stability.
• Oversees marketing activities and financial stewardship, including budgeting.
• Drives process improvements to enhance patient care and safety.
