Job summary

Atlas Healthcare Partners seeks a Site Administrator to lead ambulatory/outpatient site operations, ensuring quality, cost-effective services and strong physician relationships. You will guide budgeting, compliance, staff development and strategic growth initiatives across the center.

Qualified candidates will have a bachelor's degree in a related field and 5–7 years of healthcare management experience, with excellent communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, health services administration, nursing or related field.
• 5–7 years of healthcare management experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication, planning and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversees operation of ambulatory/outpatient site(s) to ensure quality, timely, cost-effective services.
• Ensures compliance with policies, procedures and regulatory guidelines.
• Leads staff recruitment, mentorship, development and performance management.
• Drives growth and profitability through strategic planning and partnerships with physicians.
• Leads site marketing activities in collaboration with corporate resources and local hospitals.
• Develops and manages site budget and capital expenditure planning.
• Promotes high quality service and patient safety while enhancing operational processes.
• Performs duties per policies and professional standards and delivers excellent customer service.
