Job summary

Atlas Healthcare Partners LLC seeks a Director of Nursing-Ambulatory Surgery Center to provide strategic leadership across patient care, education, safety and quality in our ambulatory surgery setting.

The role focuses on partnering with physician, facility and organizational leaders to advance nursing practice, optimize outcomes and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering exceptional patient service and staff development.

Qualifications

• Must have an Associate’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing (or higher).
• Current RN license in state of practice (or compact license).
• BLS and ACLS required; PALS within six months if ASC pediatrics.
• Three to five years of progressive care management experience in a hospital or surgery center.
• At least one year leading or managing clinical operations.
