Job summary

Clearway Pain Solutions Institute is seeking a Medical Assistant to provide direct patient care in office and ASC settings. You will enter intake and provider orders into the EMR, assist with pre-op and recovery, and help maintain patient flow through efficient scheduling.

You must uphold HIPAA, infection control, and OSHA standards, while collaborating with physicians and nursing staff to ensure accurate documentation and high-quality patient experiences at all times.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency with Internet and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Current BLS certification.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work with doctors, clinical staff, and the public.
• Flexible schedule and ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Assist in pre-op, recovery and discharge processes.
• Enter patient intake and orders into EMR.
• Maintain patient flow and accurate scheduling.
• Ensure HIPAA confidentiality and infection control.
• Support nursing staff with vitals, tests, and documentation.
• Adhere to OSHA and company policies.
